Every year we find it useful to collect your views on our school.
This information helps us to develop our action plans to try and make school a better place for you and your family.
This year you can either complete a paper copy which is available in school OR this electronic version. The survey consists of 20 short questions with tick box answers and takes less than 2 minutes to complete.
As we really appreciate your views and you taking the time to complete our survey, each family completing a survey will receive a raffle ticket for our prize draw. If you wish to be put into the raffle, please put your name in the comment box on the last page and we will put your name into the prize drawer.
