What are the house teams?
During the spring term of 2015 we consulted with the children on what they would like their house teams to be called. After lots of great ideas and a whole school vote, the winning theme was “Predator cats!”
How do they work
Children and staff have all been placed in one of our four teams and given a special badge to indicate which team they are in. Each teach has two Year 6 House Captains, two Vice Captains (from any year group) and two staff House Leaders.
How can the children earn house points
Children can earn house points for a whole variety of reasons. This includes having good attendance, following our vision, upholding the school rules, showing the skills of a Fox Hill Learner, wearing correct uniform and more.
What do they win?
Each week we will collect up the house points and announce the winning team in assembly. At the end of the half term, the winning team will be able to pick a treat or special activity that they would like. We will be consulting with the children in their House Meetings about what rewards and incentives they would like for winning.
