Good attendance is vital for a good education. Please help us to give your child the very best education possible by:
Making sure your child attends school every day and on time!
Phoning the school office on 2313469 to let us know if your child is not coming to school for any reason. We need to know to make sure your child is safe.
Send a note into school on your child’s return to school explaining why s/he was absent.
Not keeping your child away for trivial reasons such as sniffles, a birthday, to look after other children etc.
Arranging doctors, dentist, hospital and optician appointments outside of school hours wherever possible.
If you cannot arrange medical appointments outside of school hours, ensure that your child doesn’t take the whole day off.
Talk about school in a positive way to your child and encourage them to want to come to school!
